Pedro (Miguel Ángel Muñoz) recibe una herencia de un abuelo que no conoció: dos vacas y una burra. Decide ir a un pueblo remoto entre valles y montañas en Cantabria a vender los animales, ese viaje cambiará su vida, dándole un nuevo sentido.
